Kari Matchett Biography

Kari Matchett is an Canadian actress who is most well-known for her roles in films such as "Apartment Hunting,  Men with Brooms The Tree of Life.' She was raised in Spalding and graduated from the high school in Alberta. She became interested in acting as a hobby in her teens. She attended the Montreal's National Theatre School and then transferred to the Moscow Theatre School for further training. In 1996, she played a support role in the Canadian series called "The Rez." She also appeared in shows like "Ready or Not" and "Forever Knight". She also made her debut in film in the late 1990s with the film titled "Papertrail" and later appeared in films such as "Men with Brooms" and  Cypher.' In addition, she was a supporting character in television series' like "A Nero Wolfe Mystery' and 'Blue Murder.' The actress was also in film through the early 2000s, however her film appearances were much less than the TV roles she played. In 1998, she also appeared playing the lead role as "Colleen Blessed" in the Canadian drama series "Power Play.' The show ran for 26 episodes and earned both critical and commercial praise. She was nominated for a  Gemini Award' for her role in the show. Jude Lyon Matchett, her son was born to her in June of 2013. But she was hesitant to disclose the father of her child. According to some sources, her ex-boyfriend is the father her son's. Kari Matchett met T.W. Peacocke in the late 1990s and they started dating. They were finally married in 1998. They divorced in 2006 after their marriage broke up.

Alyson Lee Hanigan was born 24 March 1974. American TV host and actress she is a citizen of the United States.
