Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy (born November 25 in 1968) is a Canadian actor and a singer from Canada. She is most famous for her role as Claire Kincaid, a US prosecutor in the television show Law & Order for three seasons. Crossing Jordan was six seasons. Jordan Cavanaugh, the protagonist on Crossing Jordan, lasted six seasons. She was also a part of films like RoboCop 3 & Most Wanted and in independent film Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. The film was directed and written by her. Hennessy was born and raised in Edmonton. John Hennessy, her father was a meat salesman as well as an executive in marketing and sales. His job involved a lot of travel, which led to numerous relocations for the family. Maxine Her mother, also known as Maxine died in the year 1982. She left her daughter in the care of Eleanor Her paternal grandmother. John Paul Hennessy Jr. has a younger brother, as well as Jacqueline, a twin sister. Jacqueline works as an anchor and journalist on the Canadian television program. Hennessy is a mixture of Irish, French French, Swedish and Italian heritage from her father's side, and most Ukrainian Roma on the mother's. She went to Stanley Park Senior Public School and graduated from Grand River Collegiate Institute, both in Kitchener, Ontario, and was busking on the Toronto subway. Hennessy and her sister were among the first to act as twin call girl in 1988's Dead Ringers. Gillian Anderson, Gillian Anderson's actress, has revealed that she was shortlisted for Dana Scully, The X-Files role. She also appeared on 1988's Dead Ringers as twin call girls. Dick Wolf signed Hennessy in 1993 as Claire Kincaid, an assistant district attorney, on the NBC crime drama Law & Order. The role ran for three seasons. She left the show in 1996.
